for the development of new medicament and medicine
forms. With this development the analytic methods
are determined for new medicaments. Stability tests
are also accomplished at the same time according
to ICH-Guidelines.

we compare dissolution tests. |

Our
goals are to invent new small molecules and development
improved or novel processes for the efficient and
cost-saving synthesis of valuable active pharmaceutical
ingredients (API) and intermediates, and improvement
studies on industrial production with BGMP compliance.
We will strive for new synthetic technology development
of potential drug substances in the foreign market
and on the chiral synthetic method development of
optical active API and intermediate substances that
are expected to have marketability in the future.
In addition, we are trying to focus on studying
pharmaceutical peptides, which are potential new
candidates for anti-cancer drugs.

We
can evaluate the efficacy of drugs and new compounds
through various in vitro and in vivo models. In
addition, we use genomic and proteomic methods as
the best-known ways to identify targets and for
identification of target molecules. We have various
in vitro models which can evaluate candidate compounds
for anti-cancer, anti-inflammation and anti-HBV
drugs. There is also a lab animal facility which
can be used for various in vivo experiments. |
